Feeltix.com ("SITE") acts as a resale marketplace, an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers ("Ticket Sellers") to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets. We are not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and Ticket Sellers.

All sales are final. As tickets sold through the SITE are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual ticket seller, the prices for tickets may be above or below face value. Tickets sold through the SITE are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event.

By using or visiting this SITE or purchasing tickets in any manner from the SITE, you expressly agree to abide and be bound by these Terms and Policies, as well as all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.

  • PRICING: Ticket prices may be above 'face value' listed on the ticket (they may also be below 'face value').
  • SUBSTITUTIONS: Confirmed orders may be filled with comparable or upgraded tickets if the original tickets are no longer available.
  • GUARANTEE: Our buyer guarantee provides for a full refund in the unlikely event that you do not receive valid tickets in time to attend the event.

Detailed Terms

The following are the rules ('TERMS') that govern use of the SITE by any user of the SITE ('USER'). By using or visiting the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these TERMS. SITE reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE.

1. All Sales Are Final

Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets generally will not need to be issued.

Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, USER will need to contact the TICKET SELLER who fulfills USER's order (hereinafter known as 'FULFILLER') for a refund. Neither SITE nor the FULFILLER will issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

2. Above Face Value

Tickets obtained through SITE are often obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or 'face value' listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees. SITE and TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office.

3. Ticket Availability & "Zone Tickets"

SITE cannot and does not guarantee ticket availability until USER is in possession of their tickets.

Zone Tickets / Tickets Not in Hand: For certain live events, we permit pre-approved sellers to offer tickets they do not currently possess. These may be marked as 'Zone Tickets'. If you purchase these tickets, the seller is committing to obtain the tickets described for you. These tickets are backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. We guarantee that your tickets will be within the area listed or one comparable or better.

4. Pricing and Typographical Errors

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated. Despite SITE'S best efforts, a small number of products may be priced incorrectly. If the FULFILLER discovers the correct price is higher than the stated price, the FULFILLER will either contact USER with an option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Schedule of Fees and Charges

Site is required to display the total price of the ticket, plus the fees upfront ("all-in pricing").

  • Service Fee: Associated with Site operation and customer service.
  • Delivery Fee: Covers the cost of transferring or shipping tickets.
  • Total: The entire amount charged to USER.

6. Payment

  • Credit/Debit Card Charges: USER's credit card will be charged by the FULFILLER responsible for fulfilling their order, not necessarily the SITE directly.
  • Third-Party Payment (PayPal, ApplePay, etc.): Subject to separate policies of said third parties.
  • Disputed Charges: By placing an order, USER authorizes the transaction. If USER disputes a valid charge, SITE has the right to seek payment, including all associated fees, by legal means. USER may lose access to tickets if a dispute is filed.

7. Event Listings & Accuracy

SITE does not guarantee the accuracy of event information (time, venue, lineup). Event start times are subject to change. USER agrees to check the official venue or artist website for the most up-to-date information.

8. Delivery

  • Delayed Shipment: Tickets may not always be available for immediate delivery, especially for events far in the future. Tickets will be shipped/transferred when available from the venue.
  • E-Ticket / Mobile Transfer: Electronic delivery may not be immediate due to fraud processing or release delays by the venue. USER is responsible for providing a correct email address.
  • Denied Entry: If USER is denied entry, they must obtain written proof from the venue and contact SITE at [email protected] within 10 days to be eligible for a refund investigation.

9. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

USER agrees to use the SITE only for personal use. USER may not use robots, spiders, or automated software to extract data or buy tickets. The content on this SITE is the property of SITE and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

SITE is a venue allowing people to buy and sell tickets. SITE acts only as an intermediary. SITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OR FAILURE TO ACT OF ANY TICKET BROKER, VENUE, PROMOTER, OR PERFORMER.

In no event will SITE be liable to USER for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. SITE's liability is limited to the amount of fees in dispute or the ticket cost under the guarantee.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of SITE shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class Action Waiver: USER and SITE agree that any arbitration or trial will take place on an individual basis without resort to any form of class or representative action.

12. Governing Law

USER agrees that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of SITE will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
